As a Computer Analyst-Programmer at the Hellenic Army’s Research Laboratory, my role encompassed troubleshooting in Windows Server 2003, managing network and database systems, and maintaining hardware and .NET, C++, and C# codebases. Key accomplishments included resolving 100+ user issues, leading a system upgrade to Windows 7, maintaining 98% hardware uptime, implementing a new database management system, and introducing the Jira Service Desk for faster IT support response. I also contributed to training sessions and played a vital role in setting up network infrastructure for a remote military unit.
